A parallel fantasy continent divided between the lush European-inspired kingdom of Vermund and the arid, canyon-carved beastren nation of Battahl.

Awaking in a slave quarry with amnesia, the Arisen is rescued by loyal Pawns and caught in a political conspiracy involving Queen Regent Disa, who installed a false Arisen on Vermund’s throne.
